The second Otis album “Storm Is Coming” was released in 2009 and was recorded, mixed and mastered at Studio 195 by Patrick Delabie. The album features lots of guests and experimentation, and a lyrical theme build around Arthur Rimbaud’s poem “Le Bateau Ivre” from 1871. The front cover painting was done by Nozzman. Next to the comparisons drawn when the first album came out, this time the press also spoke of Botch, Drive Like Jehu and Breach. The 10-minute closing piece got compared to the music of John Zorn, The Ex and Godflesh.
