Body Bag

This is a rare UK compilation of three earlier Henry Rollins books: “Two Thirteen Sixty-One”, “End To End” and “Polio Flesh”. The print and design is rudimentary, but it is an amazing DIY collector’s item from 1989.

Probably the most interesting part of this is that it was penned when Rollins was just getting up to speed with his writing, and you can see his work going from more simplistic hardcore surrealism to a more modernist and descriptive tone, with more subtlety and power. The last part is written in the form of journal entries during Black Flag’s 1984 tour.

The cover has stains and is discoloured, but overall the book is still in good shape!
