Bad Music For Bad People

“Bad Music For Bad People” is a compilation of previously released material by the Cramps, originally released in 1984 on IRS Records. The album is a wild introduction to one of punk and garage rock’s most distinctive bands, and features some of their greatest (gravest) hits.

The cover art is a caricature of Lux Interior by Maryland-based artist Stephen Blickenstaff who created it on Halloween night 1983. He attended the Cramps concerts in Baltimore and Washington and was able to meet and befriend band members with his artwork. IRS Records eventually asked for and was granted permission to use those drawings by Blickenstaff, who at the time had no expectations that it would be used as album art.

Used copy on heavyweight vinyl, a reissue from probably the early 2000’s, in great shape!
