The Lost Generation

Shyheim • CD

19

The youngest associate of the Wu-Tang Clan, having grown up in Staten Island around members of the entire group. Shyheim initially gained fame as a teenager, releasing his debut album “The Rugged Child” at the age of 14 in 1994. Shyheim was considered one of hiphop’s brightest prospects, even being admired by fellow rappers such as Jay-Z, who said he “looked up to him in admiration” in his autobiography. However, his career later derailed due to legal problems leading to a prison sentence.

“The Lost Generation” is Shyheim’s second album, this is the original first US CD release from 1996 on Noo Trybe Records, featuring the bonus track “Young Godz”, in good shape.
