"Odessey And Oracle" is the second studio album by the Zombies. It was orginally released in 1968 by CBS Records. The album was recorded primarily between June and August 1967 at EMI Studios (now Abbey Road Studios) and Olympic Studios in London. This is the 1997 reissue on Big Beat Records, used but in good shape.

Awesome boxset from 2009, focusing on the underground music scene in and around Los Angeles from 1965 to 1968. Contains four CD's and a 52-page hardcover book. More info and the full tracklist can be found on its Wikipedia page.

PLEASE READ!
This is a heavily used item. Disc one and two have surface marks but nothing serious. Disc three looks like shit and skips on the final five songs. Disc four looks pretty bad but plays great. The book is used but in great shape. Priced accordingly!

Psychedelic Moods

"Psychedelic Moods" is The Deep's debut album from 1966. Rusty Evans, who had originally been a rockabilly singer and a member of the Greenwich Village folk revival scene, was inspired by the San Francisco sound and their psychedelic posters to produce an album centered on the psychedelic experience. Evans pitched the idea to Mark Barkan, who accepted, leading to the formation of a studio-only group called The Deep, which included guitarist David Bromberg. Recording took place in a darkened studio while the group was under the influence of LSD. With the sessions becoming increasingly erratic, the drummer unexpectedly departed, but the instrumentals were complete so further drum tracks did not have to be recorded. Following the drummer's exit, fuzz reverse guitar, chimes, and abnormal bullfrog sounds were overdubbed onto the tracks.

2004 reissue via Radiation Records, great shape, sleeve is still in shrink but has some small bends. Numbered #100 out of 1,000.
