"Master Of Puppets" as a double album in a gatefold sleeve!

Metallica's third album was originally released in 1986 by Elektra Records. Recorded in Denmark at Sweet Silence Studios with producer Flemming Rasmussen, it was the band’s last album to feature bassist Cliff Burton, who died in a bus accident in Sweden during the album’s promotional tour. The album is widely considered to be one of the greatest and most influential metal albums of all time. In 2015 it became the first metal recording to be selected by the Library Of Congress for preservation in the National Recording Registry for being culturally, historically, and aesthetically significant. In 2022 it topped the charts again because the title track was used in the popular “Stranger Things” Netflix series.

This is the 2008 remastered version from Metallica's 45RPM series so there's only two songs per side. Comes in an awesome gatefold sleeve. There is a very small bump in the bottom left corner (check out the photos), apart from that this beast of a double LP is as good as new.

ReAction figure that represents Cliff Burton from Metallica's "Ride The Lightning" era! To be more specific: from the 1985 Day On The Green festival performance. Comes as a 3.75-inch figure wearing a Misfits shirt with matching card back. Includes bass guitar and hammer accessories.

Kill ‘Em All

"Kill 'Em All", Metallica's debut album, was originally released in 1983 through the independent label Megaforce Records. Metallica began by playing shows in local clubs in Los Angeles. They recorded several demos to gain attention from club owners and eventually relocated to San Francisco to secure the services of bassist Cliff Burton. The album was recorded in New York and was originally intended to be titled "Metal Up Your Ass", with cover art featuring a hand clutching a dagger emerging from a toilet bowl. The band was asked to change the name because distributors feared that releasing an album with such an offensive title and artwork would diminish its chances of commercial success.

This is the 2016 remastered reissue, which we have in stock on CD or on vinyl LP.

[EDIT: we're down to the last vinyl copy, no longer sealed and the sleeve shows scuffing. Nothing serious but discounted now for only 22 euro - be quick!]

Ride The Lightning

"Ride The Lightning" is the second studio album by Metallica, originally recorded and released in 1984. This is the 2016 remastered reissue, which we have on CD or on a collector's edition vinyl LP.

The CD comes in a cardboard gatefold sleeve with a standard booklet. The LP (SOLD OUT!) comes with a standard insert, a small book with lyrics and tabs, and two large posters! Everything is brand new. We only have one collector's edition in stock so be quick!
