At the end of summer 2026 Gram Records will release the second Hvalross album!

Hvalross is a four piece from Roosendaal, founded in 2018. The hardrock and heavy metal from the seventies and eighties is rooted deep in their sound, supplemented with influences from contemporary stoner and heavy rock. In 2020 they released their debut album "Cold Dark Rain", followed by a series of digital singles with new songs. So, now it is time to collect them all on album number two. The tracks were remixed and remastered for vinyl by Erwin Hermsen at Toneshed in Horst, and sound big, fat and amazing. The illustrations were done by the infamous Nozzman.

The first pressing is limited to 200 copies and will come on swamp-green splatter vinyl. Includes a full color 8-page booklet!

Highly recommended for fans of Mastodon, Red Fang, Alice In Chains, King Diamond or Black Sabbath.

No More Tears

"No More Tears" is the sixth solo album by Ozzy Osbourne, originally released in 1991. Along with 1980's "Blizzard Of Ozz" it is his best-selling solo album. It was Osbourne's final album to feature drummer Randy Castillo and longtime bassist and songwriter Bob Daisley. Guitarist Zakk Wylde contributed songwriting to the album, while Motörhead's Lemmy Kilmister wrote the lyrics for four songs.

"Automatic For The People" is the eighth studio album by R.E.M., originally released in 1992 by Warner Bros. R.E.M. began production on the album while their previous album "Out Of Time" (1991) was still ascending charts and achieving global success. Several tracks include strings arranged by Led Zeppelin's John Paul Jones and conducted by George Hanson.

The Bedlam In Goliath

"The Bedlam In Goliath" is the fourth album by the Mars Volta, released in 2008 on Gold Standard Laboratories and Universal. Produced by guitarist and songwriter Omar Rodríguez-López, the album's creation was fraught with strange occurrences after an experience with a ouija board that Rodriguez-Lopez bought as a gift for vocalist Cedric Bixler-Zavala.

Bug

"Bug" is the third studio album by Dinosaur Jr., released in 1988 through SST. It was the last Dinosaur Jr. album with original bassist Lou Barlow until "Beyond" in 2007.

For sale is a first UK pressing on Blast First from 1988. The sleeve has wear around the edges (check the photos) but apart from that this is a great copy.

Bee Thousand

Guided By Voices is a Dayton, Ohio-based band formed in 1983. Although by 1992 the band had released five full-length albums (not including their 1986 debut EP), Guided By Voices was not a band in a conventional sense. Its line-up was extremely loose, consisting of whoever of a group of friends showed up to short notice recording sessions. Robert Pollard thought of Guided By Voices as more of a "songwriter's guild" than a band. "Bee Thousand" was to be the original band's final album. Pollard was close to disbanding Guided By Voices by 1993, due to financial constraints and pressure to focus more on his family and teaching career.

Unlike some of the band's earlier releases, "Bee Thousand" was not recorded in a studio, but rather on four-track machines or other primitive home recording devices in the garages and basements of various band members. Moreover, many of the demo takes of the songs were the ones that were used for the album. Due in part to both of these factors, several unusual errors are present in the album's recording and mixing, for example, the guitar track drops out at one point in both "Hardcore UFO's" and “Mincer Ray”. The band's choice to use inexpensive recording devices was initially a matter of economics, but eventually the band grew to prefer the sound.

PLEASE READ!
This is an original Matador UK pressing on red vinyl! The reason why this copy only costs about half of the usual price for a holy grail like this: there is a large scratch at the beginning of side A, check out the photos. The good news is: this only causes a very light crackle and still plays good. The rest of the LP also has faint scratches, but everything sounds fine actually. The only things that sound weird are some of the production choices as described earlier. Includes the printed inner sleeve!

"Tim" is the fourth studio album by the Replacements. It was released in 1985 on Sire Records. It was their first major label release and also the last album made by the original line-up of the band, as guitarist Bob Stinson was kicked out of the band towards the end of 1986. Like its predecessors, "Tim" achieved moderate mainstream commercial success despite critical acclaim.

We have an original European pressing from 1985 for sale, in great shape!

Probleemwolf

March 2026 sees the release of "Probleemwolf", the fifth album by Dutch indie rock / alt country band Walker Diver, via Gram Records. This time around there's no acoustic guitars or old-timey folk vibes, "Probleemwolf" finds the band revisiting its powerpop and punkrock roots in ten hard-hitting yet melodic tunes. The current line-up is nothing less than spectacular, featuring Patrick Delabie (Scoundrels, Betty Ford Clinic, Mitch) on drums, Mathijs Peeters (Litzberg, Gasoline Brothers) on lead guitar, Maarten Vermeulen (Angstgegner, BPA, Hvalross) on bass and Stefan 't Hooft on guitar and lead vocals. Everything was recorded in just a few takes at Studio 195 in Wernhout NL by Patrick Delabie, and mastered at Point Break Sound in San Diego CA by Perry Leenhouts.

The first pressing is limited to 200 copies on black vinyl and has the album title hand-stamped on each sleeve, and comes with an insert. Artwork was done by the amazing Patrick Tersteeg. Each copy is unique!

Highly recommended for fans of Dinosaur Jr., Replacements, Big Star, Guided By Voices, Sugar or Hüsker Dü!
